What's the deal with your nickname? How did you get it? If your nickname is self-explanatory, then tell everyone when you first started using the internet, and what was the first thing that made you say "wow, this isn't just a place for freaks after all?" Was it a website? Was it an email from a long-lost friend? Go on, spill it.

A couple of years ago (Jan 2008) while playing broomball I was rubbed out, slipped, banged my left knee HARD onto the frozen timber that lined the outdoor ice rink. My kneecap broke into two pieces. No pain has ever been this great for me. Morphine became a friend. After surgery - wires and pins inserted to keep the patellar pieces together - I spent eight weeks in a wheelchair and another eight on crutches. Glory be to the wondrous physiotherapist who helped me back through pain and discomfort to once again be riding my bike to work by June of that year! Now I'm good. Although kneeling on a floor is a problem.
