What's the deal with your nickname? How did you get it? If your nickname is self-explanatory, then tell everyone when you first started using the internet, and what was the first thing that made you say "wow, this isn't just a place for freaks after all?" Was it a website? Was it an email from a long-lost friend? Go on, spill it.

I received a ticket from a Dallas officer for allegedly running a stop sign (I didn't do it!) in Rowlett, TX (Dallas County). When I went in to the Dallas courthouse to dispute my ticket I presented my driver's license and the clerk used it to fill out some form. I read over the form and discovered my name (David) had been mangled into Nauip. I went into the courtroom, my case was summarily dismissed. I assumed this must be a lucky name and have since used it for character names, email address, etc.
