What's the deal with your nickname? How did you get it? If your nickname is self-explanatory, then tell everyone when you first started using the internet, and what was the first thing that made you say "wow, this isn't just a place for freaks after all?" There is an old sci-fi movie called the "Quatermass Xperiment" that I love. Except, I always thought it was Quarter-mass and not Quatar-mass...
I haven't updated this thing in forever, so here goes:
I defended my thesis, worked for the NDP for a few months (Canada - Left Wing party). Now I am doing my PhD at the University of Calgary. Escaped that, living in Toronto.
