What's the deal with your nickname? How did you get it? If your nickname is self-explanatory, then tell everyone when you first started using the internet, and what was the first thing that made you say "wow, this isn't just a place for freaks after all?" Was it a website? Was it an email from a long-lost friend? Go on, spill it.

lisatmh is from a nickname my father gave me: "Lisa The Mighty Hunter." Somewhat sarcastic. I started using the Internet in 1992 or so, but we always had computers around the house, and I had access to a closed email system for much longer than that. My first computer was a Commodore 64. I liked to write short stories on it (featuring ghosts and vampires) and print them out on my dot-matrix printer. Today I have a baby and a dog and a job pontificating about the IT industry (I like the pointy hat). I'm a maniac about bicycles and haven't owned a car for years. I live in an urban environment where having a car is just a hassle anyway.
