What's the deal with your nickname? How did you get it? If your nickname is self-explanatory, then tell everyone when you first started using the internet, and what was the first thing that made you say "wow, this isn't just a place for freaks after all?" Was it a website? Was it an email from a long-lost friend? Go on, spill it.

My nickname? It was suggested to me by AOL, when I was, I dunno, about 12. I usually use other nicknames on the web these days, but they were all taken on Metafilter. :-(

As to my doings on the internet, I spend too much time playing browser-based games. I first lost my soul to Urban Dead, miss Nexus War terribly, and can be found playing Estiah these days, if you know where to look. I signed up for Facebook when it was only open to students at four universities, promptly mostly forgot about it, and to this day have yet to put an actual picture of my face there, let alone a book of them.
