About
What's the deal with your nickname? How did you get it? If your nickname is self-explanatory, then tell everyone when you first started using the internet, and what was the first thing that made you say "wow, this isn't just a place for freaks after all?" Was it a website? Was it an email from a long-lost friend? Go on, spill it.
my "full name" is a little something I cooked up for when I was on the radio in college. It's fun to say.
My nickname is the latin root for 'left' as in the lefthand page, or the left side of a building, that sort of thing. Tidbit: The latin root for the right side of things is recto. (: I am lefthanded and thought it was a cool thing.
Teh intarnets (as a friend refers to it) is where I bought my Star Wars Play-Doh Set, Matrix action figures for the monitor on my work desk, made friends, booked vacations, got jobs, hung out, gained information, learned some tricks, discovered new music, and met the man I married. The internet proved to me that there was a place JUST for freaks after all. That's what I had looked for all my life and I finally found it about eleven years ago.
