About
What's the deal with your nickname? How did you get it? If your nickname is self-explanatory, then tell everyone when you first started using the internet, and what was the first thing that made you say "wow, this isn't just a place for freaks after all?" Was it a website? Was it an email from a long-lost friend? Go on, spill it.

Origin of Nickname: Dunvegan Castle is the ancestral castle of the MacLeod clan, into which I married.
Dunvegan Castle is the longest continuously occupied castle in the British Isles, being home for more than 800 years to MacLeod clan chiefs since the 13th century.
Have been held hostage in Stockholm Syndrome by the Internet since the last several decades of the 20th century. I met my first computer, a PDP 11, in 1962 at the University of Michigan. I was seven years old.
