What's the deal with your nickname? How did you get it? If your nickname is self-explanatory, then tell everyone when you first started using the internet, and what was the first thing that made you say "wow, this isn't just a place for freaks after all?" Was it a website? Was it an email from a long-lost friend? Go on, spill it.

Slackdog was originally the name of a short-lived film production company I founded. The name was thought up by my friend Jessica, who never lets me forget it and, I think, wants me to pay royalties, though I don't currently make any money using the name. Anyway, I think Slackdog is somewhat descriptive of my work habits, so I continue to use it.

I dont remember the first thing I used the internet for. I'm a mega-geek though, so it probably had something to do with the library or games. That's it. That's my own personal, private business.
