About

What's the deal with your nickname? How did you get it? If your nickname is self-explanatory, then tell everyone when you first started using the internet, and what was the first thing that made you say "wow, this isn't just a place for freaks after all?" Was it a website? Was it an email from a long-lost friend? Go on, spill it.

My username comes from this post (thanks, Etrigan!); here's the relevant part:
This year, for the first time, the Council has taken a word off the list: ogooglebar, which literally meant "ungoogleable" but was defined as "a thing or person that does not produce relevant results when typed into a search engine."
When another user called dibs on "ogooglebar" as a band name, I realized that it (the word) had chosen me as my username.

I sincerely meant it in all modesty, not as a boast or a challenge. Sometimes, for me, "ogooglebar" doesn't just mean "ungoogleable", but also "unable to google".
