What's the deal with your nickname? How did you get it? If your nickname is self-explanatory, then tell everyone when you first started using the internet, and what was the first thing that made you say "wow, this isn't just a place for freaks after all?" Was it a website? Was it an email from a long-lost friend? Go on, spill it.

The nickname; it sort of makes fun of the incredibly macho nicknames I've seen people use on the internet here and there. It's sort of goofy, like me, and yet is has the "cowboy" in there which hints at some sort of desire to exhibit strong, silent Marlboro Man-type pheromones.

Also, it's pretty much never a "taken" name when I sign up at some new site. I prefer to think that this is because I am a true original thinker, rather than that my choice of screen name sucks.
