What's the deal with your nickname? How did you get it? If your nickname is self-explanatory, then tell everyone when you first started using the internet, and what was the first thing that made you say "wow, this isn't just a place for freaks after all?" Was it a website? Was it an email from a long-lost friend? Go on, spill it.

Lurker for years. I finally made an account in 2014. I hope to be a more active participant on here.

Hmmm...My nickname...it's a relatively recent invention. I chose why0 as a username because I was frustrated about WHY can't I find a username that has not already been taken? It's absurd, but why not? It's not that original. I'm sure Newton used a whole bunch of y_0 when he made up his three laws.

Now that I think about it, it's pretty damned hard to be creative these days, isn't it? Every usename has been taken. Every photograph, poem, essay, invention, patent, discovery, that was waiting to be created/discovered has already been created/discovered.
