What's the deal with your nickname? How did you get it? If your nickname is self-explanatory, then tell everyone when you first started using the internet, and what was the first thing that made you say "wow, this isn't just a place for freaks after all?" Was it a website? Was it an email from a long-lost friend? Go on, spill it.

My nickname simply means Celt in French. There seems to be a lot of Welsh in my recent family history. I picked it as my screen name or "handle" because when you get to the part of signing up for something online and they ask you for a screename I can never seem to come up with that bon mot that is witty, clever and poetic. Oh well, l'esprit d'escalier.

I started using the internets in the 80s via Mosaic over dialup. I suspect things are getting to be too modern.
