What's the deal with your nickname? How did you get it? Lobstah is how a true " Mainer" pronounces lobster. During my career in the hospitality biz, I would always get excited when there was a Lobster Bake planned, and would bore my colleagues with Homarus Americanus minutiae . At some point, someone hung the Lobstah Larry handle on me, and it kinda stuck.
