What's the deal with your nickname? How did you get it? I've been on MetaFilter since 2013 as rogerrogerwhatsyourrvectorvicto, a typo-ridden quote from the movie "Airplane." (I lurked a long time before that.) For some reason it took me five years to realize that I could easily just create a new account and link to my old one in the profile.
My spouse introduced me to MetaFilter when we were dating, but we hang out on completely different areas of the site!
