About
What's the deal with your nickname? How did you get it? If your nickname is self-explanatory, then tell everyone when you first started using the internet, and what was the first thing that made you say "wow, this isn't just a place for freaks after all?" Was it a website? Was it an email from a long-lost friend? Go on, spill it.
I picked this name a very, very long time ago for a forum. I've tried to monopolize its exclusive use elsewhere, to varying degrees of success.
A bit about me?
I run a fledgling web development company and edit our blog.
I also run an online cake contest for a t-shirt company called Threadless. (People bake cakes in the style of the shirts!)
I occasionally cover events like CES, E3 or whatever else is out there tech/gadget for GearLive as a video correspondent and I wrote for Gizmodo/Kotaku back in the day.
I love traveling more than just about anything and do it every chance I get. I also dig drumming, music, culture, art, theatre, reading, writing, photography and about a dozen other things.
