What's the deal with your nickname? How did you get it? If your nickname is self-explanatory, then tell everyone when you first started using the internet, and what was the first thing that made you say "wow, this isn't just a place for freaks after all?" Was it a website? Was it an email from a long-lost friend? Go on, spill it.

Moss is just my name. I first started using the internet in I guess '94 or so (maybe late '93, maybe early '95), and almost immediately said "wow, this really is a place for freaks... freaks like me". I think the first thing that really caught my interest on the internet was Project Gutenberg, but eventually I found the same thing I'd had on BBSes before: conversations.
