What's the deal with your nickname? How did you get it? If your nickname is self-explanatory, then tell everyone when you first started using the internet, and what was the first thing that made you say "wow, this isn't just a place for freaks after all?" Was it a website? Was it an email from a long-lost friend? Go on, spill it.

My wife and baby and I live in Costa Rica and in the Philippines. I do website and nonwebsite programming, including drupal, C++, etc. My professional website is Palma SEO Website Design, personal website is Milyn and Peter Christopher.com, and for fun I also maintain Central America Forum, Philippines Living and a bunch of other websites.

Glossary:

GFAR: Go Find A Room - This is when I'm trying to have a sensible conversation and you're trying to make out with somebody getting and insist on constantly moving around to get yourself right inbetween me and the person I'm trying to talk to. (kudos to booradley)

NCAT: No categorical answer to that. Usually, "Dear MeFi, Please tell me how to do it wrong. Kthxby!" and usually with the idea that the world needs to change, when actually the individual needs to change. (kudos to wfrgms and theravedin tradition - see for instance here or here.)
