I was all set to send this to my partner and then BEES EVERYWHERE. He likes his cats and his knee high boots, but not so much little flying bugs with dangly legs (his words, I think bees are the neatest). SO CLOSE, METAFILTER.

Well eventually (i.e. "immediately" for all intents and purposes) a kittehbee would catch its own stinger and eat it. After which it would be cuddle-safe.
