Cinema is another life A minor epic of demonology by Raúl Ruiz, from the excellent newish film journal Lola.
That was delightful - and so much in the spirit of Ruiz' films. The playful trickery; flurries of ideas; the omnipresent questions, concerns, flirtations with the viewer, with film itself; the quasi-freudian, almost gnostic allusions. Thank you.
