Takemitsu is wonderful! I was listening to his Garden Rain last night. And yes, you can feel his music through all your body.

I've loved Takemitsu's From Me Flows What You Call Time for a long, uh, time. I'd never heard this one before; I might actually prefer this one.

You're probably aware that Takemitsu wrote extensively for guitar. I've been listening to the John Williams (soloist), Esa-Pekka Salonen (con.) recording of To The Edge a lot lately. It's an amazing performance and recording and one should listen to it with the best possible fidelity.
