Whatever the heck RYOT is beyond a screed for social action, the website is displaying no video for Mr. Freeman. Some of the other videos display just fine.

Remember Red, hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies.

If I could choose my voice, it would either be Michael Buble's or Morgan Freeman's...and this is tipping me to Freeman. Thank you for this.

Does anyone else just assume these sorts of things are all "satirical" NSFW variations now?

Morgan Freeman is amazing, and I'm a huge fan of his. But this made me think of the hilariousness that is Jesse Jackson reading "Green Eggs and Ham." What a good sport Mr. Jackson was for doing that. (And now back to Morgan Freeman....)

I have no idea why I knew it was SNL that Jesse Jackson did that reading.... But I did (I think it was the audience). Wikipedia confirmed it (an awful awful sentence).

Wish they'd left out the background music.

And while its a derail, I play Jacksons Green Eggs in my head on a regular basis. An historic moment.

I hear next year he's reading another holiday classic. An excerpt:

[narrating] I wish I could tell you that Rudolph fought the good fight, and the Reindeer let him be. I wish I could tell you that - but the North Pole is no fairy-tale world.
