Rest in Power, Grace Lee Boggs.

Grace Lee Boggs has died at 100. Especially among activists on the left, Boggs was a legendary figure. Author of 5 books including 2014’s The Next American Revolution, and the subject of the film American Revolutionary, Boggs worked with CLR James, translated many of Marx’s essays into English, and was a founder of Detroit Summer. Wikipedia.

A number of Boggs's speeches are available in text here.

Robin D.G. Kelley tweeted today: “Who among us self-identified radicals did NOT learn from Grace Lee Boggs? A beautiful life, a beautiful struggle...”

The Boggs Center survives her.

If you haven't seen Grace Lee's documentary on her, you really should. (Disclaimer, I worked on it.)

I can't believe the website of the International Committee of the Fourth International has some strong words for an ex-Trotskyist. What are the odds?

In seriousness, based on that review, the book doesn't sound all that great.
