I think she sings standing still because her voice is doing so much

I saw Celeste perform on Graham Norton this past weekend [9m14s, includes interview], BUT WOW! I guess she'd been there previously, and is known within the UK. I had never noticed her before, and I bought her debut album which just came out. You might also enjoy it: Ideal Woman, Strange [BRIT Awards performance, video, , Tonight Tonight, Stop This Flame[video], Tell Me Something I Don't Know, Not Your Muse, Beloved, Love Is Back [video], A Kiss, The Promise, A Little Love [cw: holiday advertising], Some Goodbyes Come With Hellos

I *love* her song Strange (which you've posted too, but I just want to make sure people pay attention because it's a fantastic song). Someone shared it on Twitter several months back and I had been eagerly awaiting her debut album. She has such a lovely voice.

I love her so much! Strange was one of the orchestral covers in Bridgerton too.

I think the whole album is wonderful and evocative. I get hints of Adele and of Winehouse in there, but she's also got a core that is her own. The production works well with her voice, and she wrote most of her own material so go her.

I look forward to digging quite deep into this collection of songs over the next while. I love a collection of songs like this.

I definitely got the Billie Holiday vibe on "Strange," both in tempo and tone. Right to the heart.

Celeste was BBC Introducing's act of 2019 (additional performances in this UK-only BBC Introducing session) and BBC Music's "Sound of 2020" (bbc.co.uk link / bbc.com link).

Strange was in the excellent Ted Lasso and I immediately devoured her LP.
