A little activity from a Common Kestrel nest near Windsbach, Germany.
Bird 1: *spends all day sitting on the nest*
Bird 2: "Honey, I'm ho..."
Bird 1: *grabs the takeout and fucks off with all of it*

It's amazing to me that that little wobbling ball of fluff with a beak will likely become a magnificently feathered and lethally efficient little predator, God willing.
And I love the "pants" of feathers common to a lot of raptors!
