Linen or cotton blend clothing. Carry water. Sunscreen obviously. Seek shady spots. Maybe a small umbrella for use in the sun. Salt tablets just in case.

I have a nice bamboo one that I just wash off with warm water and maybe a little dove detergent. I'm not super careful with it, and have never used oil treatment on it. I do blot it dry after washing it. Sometimes I'll just sponge it down between uses. It's mostly used for vegetables. Sometimes chicken, then I will wash with soapy water. Driving has gotten increasingly dangerous over the past 20 years. Various reasons. More cars on the road, texting, etc. It sounds like you have many hurdles in front of you. Freezing while driving is unacceptable. Plus you would still have to pass the road test,possibly multiple times. It took me two times. In my opinion I wouldn't feel bad about this. Some folk just should not drive. And accidents are very costly too

Before I split my pill along the provoided line, I make a score mark where my second score will be. I've used a box cutter or an exacto knife with success. Then I do my first score and proceed to cut both of those halves. Success rate of about 95 percent.

When I got depressed as a resident of Washington Heights for 18 years, during the 70s and 80s, I would escape to the nearby parks, or go to the great museums. I would walk thru Soho...then it was just becoming gentrified. We didn't have the crazy scooters, but we had lots of cocaine junkies. I donated what I could to organizations of my choice. The depression usually passed.

Table is less quality than one made in USA. Might not
be important if table is not heavily used. China uses cheaper wood, often veneers, and spray painted to look more like woods we favor in the west.

I see scratches and watermarks For the scratches try a dab of toothpaste on a soft cloth...rub in direction of scratches...Should help for most of the problem...

That glittery finish makes me want to say it's poured resin. Glitter is popular to add to the liquid resin. I would use a two part glue...330 glue. It comes in 5 minute quick setting version, or a longer time cure version. Go for the longer cure one.Csn you scrape away a tiny bit with a xacto knife? If you can, that would eliminate porcelain.

I care for a brother who has ALS. He has lost control of his bowels. This is what I do to clean soiled underware and trousers. I use the utility sink in the garage. I put on rubber gloves first. Then ZI clean any solid matter into a plastic waste bag. I run cold water over the soiled area several times and wring it with my hands. Adult Depends have been quite useful to me. They hold quite a good amount, but probably not a full on typical urination. But it will hold enough to get you to the planes bathroom. They also mask any urine smell rather well. Pack enough to get you thru the trip...unless you can buy them in wherever you are going. I have also lined mine with those blue shop paper towel, folded in half as an additional absorption. Works quite well.

I just received my non script glasses from overseas. I have three pair.I have always worn glasses with a Rx lens, since high school. Recently had cataract surgery and have 20/20 vision now. But I view glasses and frames as a fashion accessory...being homo and in the biz for many years helped of course. I also view them as a mask of sorts. My lenses are usually rose tinted top, because Mother always said view the world thru rose colored glasses.

Silk is the way to go...When I worked half a week, every week in Eastern Connecticut thru the winter, my boss purchased me some silk long johns and tops. They were fantastic. Very lightweight, wicks beautifully and didn't break the bank. Plus it's silk. Lands End has some reasonably priced, and L L Bean has some slightly more expensive. I would hand wash them, wrong them out and they would be dry very quick.
