I have had an iPhone since the first or second generation, and I have never deleted a text message. I just....can't be bothered. I'm lucky enough to have the means to pay Apple a few bucks a month for extra iCloud storage to not think about this particular aspect of my digital life. I am also extremely boring and most of my texts are also boring.

I, like many (most?) people who wanted biological children as adults, had virtually no thoughts on this as a 15 year old. If she banks and then does not want or is not in a position to have biological children, there would be a financial loss, but I don't see any other negative consequences. If she does not bank and does want biological children, that would be a real loss, and she could conceivably even, as an adult, resent that you didn't push her to preserve the option when she was a child.

I'm a cis woman who has never wanted children. The only time in my life that I ever thought I wanted kids was briefly in my early 20s when I was having trouble with my hormonal birth control and had to keep switching up brands and dosages, and I was situationally depressed on top of that so my mental health was no bueno. Our 12-year-old hybrid spent the first half of its life in hot-summer conditions and the second half in cold-winter conditions and we haven't had a battery issue yet. Looking at this Reddit thread for anecdata, it doesn't seem like anyone has any data about failure tied to conditions, it looks like they tend to last 10+ years in general.

I would have absolutely not qualms about filling in the declaration as "decorative item, mirror: 30eur".

Unless you're a professional artist then it is entirely normal for arts and crafts to end up worth less than the cost of the materials. How are you objectively valuing this item? Go into any goodwill any you'll find plenty of canvases with $20 worth of paint on them being sold for $1 so someone can paint over them.

I don't see why a hardware nuts would have metaphorical connection to food nuts.

I think it's likely through the meaning of nut as a small bit of something, which the OED traces back further than the hardware meaning (they say "a small knob of butter, meat, etc.").

I have used a couple of RAM mounts for my tablets, one for in my work truck, and one that I used to build a forearm mount for. They have several tablet mounts designed for tablets already in heavy-duty cases, and their standard ball & socket mounting system also has threaded balls that could be fit to a standard tripod screw mount. I think it is mostly that the Sodastream injects carbon dioxide directly into the water, while the siphon adds carbon dioxide into the air space.
