Good for him!

They wouldn't let Delos Harriman go to the moon, even though it was his idea/enterprise.

Not sure I'll be able to do that at 90, but, pretty fucking awesome for him.

More than 60 decades? Wow, that's over (1, 2, 3...) 600 years!

"It was absolutely terrific. I thought I really didn't need this in my life but now I need it in my life. I am ecstatic," Dwight said.

This made my day.

I misread this and thought it was saying he was the first Black astronaut to go to space. he is the first Black astronaut, but never got to space before.

cause I was thinking of Leland Melvin

anyway, this is really cool, I'm glad he was finally able to do this, not to mention nabbing a record.

Dwight would have been 20 when EC Comics' Judgement Day was published. I wonder if he ever read it?

All these years I've been thinking that the next line was "it's about two men in the human race", but noooo, I was wrong.

Old guy cheated by racism during the Space Race gets charity ride on billionaire's vanity private space-tourism joyride. This is not at all like the story of Delos D. Harriman, sorry.
